El Museo la Casa de la Bandera, ubicado en la Villa Santa Lucía, en plena Carretera Austral, es un espacio único, que en una visión panorámica del entorno, evidencia un acontecimiento sin precedentes; la  huella  inexorable de la naturaleza a través de uno de los fenómenos conocidos como “remoción en masa“, es decir, un aluvión que el día 16 de diciembre del 2017, cambió para siempre la vida de la apacible comunidad de Villa Santa Lucía.
