El caballo, fiel amigo y compañero, ha sido por décadas una parte esencial de la cultura y estilo de vida de los habitantes de la Patagonia Verde. Que sería de un gaucho sin su caballo para arrear ganado a través de los Andes, escampando las heladas noches junto a un mate, vino y un infaltable asado de cordero al palo.
Hoy, gran parte de quienes continúan con esta cultura se han volcado al turismo para ofrecer entretenidas cabalgatas por los antiguos senderos que recorrieron sus antepasados.
